We are a small, high-performance team and we hire people who take ownership, move fast, and want to see their work reflected directly in what they earn.

    We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our team. This is not a supporting role — you will own a roster, close deals, and build the brand relationships that drive your book. If you've been at a larger agency and feel like your billings are disappearing into someone else's pipeline, this is the move.

    What You'll Do

    • Own and grow a roster of digital talent — day-to-day communication, brand relationships, and career strategy

    • Pitch outbound brand opportunities based on talent strengths and brand fit

    • Negotiate and close brand partnerships independently

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand marketing teams and agency partners

    • Manage campaign execution from signed contract through final delivery

    • Stay ahead of platform trends, brand activity, and industry deal flow

    • Keep internal tools (CRM, reporting) up to date — this is non-negotiable

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of talent management or closely adjacent agency experience (we welcome candidates from adjacent industries including PR, brand marketing, entertainment, sports, and advertising. If you have the right instincts and relationships, we can teach you the rest)

    • A demonstrated network of brand and agency contacts you can activate from Day 1 — not just familiarity, actual relationships

    • Proven track record of closing deals independently, not just supporting a senior TM

    • NYC-based, full-time in-person

    • Hungry. This word matters here. We don't want someone coasting.

    • Strong negotiation skills and comfort with contracts

    • Exceptional communicator — fast, clear, professional

    Nice to Have

    • Experience at a named influencer or talent management agency

    • Existing relationships with beauty, CPG, tech, finance, and/or sports brands specifically

    • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools

    BECCA MGMT is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our team — someone who is organized, fast, and thrives in the operational engine of a talent agency.

    This is a full-time, in-person role in New York, NY.

    What You'll Do

    • Own day-to-day communication between talent and brand/agency partners across active campaigns

    • Manage contractual obligations: timelines, creative briefs, content submissions, posting schedules

    • Handle campaign data entry, reporting, and performance tracking

    • Keep internal tools (CRM, databases) current with talent analytics, campaign details, and brand information

    • Support Talent Managers with media kit builds, talent profiles, and outbound pitch lists

    • Manage talent calendars and brand expectations across concurrent campaigns

    • Stay current on platform trends, industry events, and brand activity

    What We're Looking For

    • 1-3 years of experience in an agency, influencer marketing, or talent management role (we welcome candidates from adjacent industries including PR, brand marketing, entertainment, sports, and advertising)

    • Exceptionally organized — you don't drop things and you don't need to be chased

    • Fast communicator — you respond quickly and write clearly

    • Detail-oriented and process-driven, without losing sight of the relationships behind the work

    • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and the influencer landscape

    • Discretion — you'll be handling sensitive talent and brand information

    • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously without hand-holding
