BECCA MGMT is a talent management firm built to represent creators as long-term businesses, not short-term talent.
The firm was founded to bring the standards of traditional entertainment & legal representation into the digital creator economy, where most talent is still managed through informal, marketing-driven agency models with little strategic or legal rigor. As a result, we operate more like personal legal and strategic representation than a typical influencer agency.
Our team draws from law, entertainment, and media, and works with a select roster of growth-stage creators who are serious about building durable, high-value careers. We prioritize long-term partnership, enterprise thinking, and protecting creators’ leverage as they scale.

Isabella Chen, ESQ.
Founder and CEO
Isabella Chen is a former talent-side entertainment lawyer who has represented A-list celebrities across film, television, and media before founding BECCA MGMT. She is a graduate of Princeton University and NYU School of Law, and brings legal rigor and deal-making expertise into the digital creator economy.
After working in traditional entertainment, Isabella saw that digital creators were being managed through informal, marketing-driven agency models with little strategic or legal representation. She founded BECCA MGMT to bring the standards of traditional talent & legal representation into the creator space.
As both an attorney and creator, Isabella operates as a principal advisor to BECCA MGMT’s roster, leading negotiation strategy, deal structure, licensing and IP, & long-term career planning. Under her leadership, BECCA MGMT creators have achieved 5-20x (and more) income growth & built sustained, high-value partnerships with global brands.
