BECCA MGMT was founded to close a critical gap in digital talent management, where creators have been underrepresented, undervalued, and underserved. We believe that digital talent deserve the same level of representation, protection, and strategic growth that traditional talent has long received.
Led by entertainment lawyer and creator Isabella Chen, BECCA MGMT exists to raise the bar. We bring a new standard of management to digital talent, blending legal rigor, brand strategy, and creator-first thinking to protect creators and scale their business with intention.
Our team draws from law, entertainment, and media to provide hands-on, high-caliber support across deal negotiation, brand partnerships, and long-term career planning. We don’t just manage creators – we advocate for them, build with them, and push the industry forward alongside them.

Founder and CEO
Isabella Chen is a former talent-side entertainment lawyer who has represented A-list celebrities across film, television, and media, and a beauty influencer. A graduate of Princeton University and NYU School of Law, she brings sharp legal expertise and a deep understanding of the industry as an insider.
After seeing firsthand the disparities between traditional and digital representation, Isabella founded BECCA MGMT to close that gap. As both a creator and attorney, she created the management company she wished existed – one where creators are championed with the same rigor, protection, and strategy afforded to Hollywood talent.
Under her leadership, BECCA MGMT talents have achieved 5-10x income growth, global brand collaborations, and transformative career milestones, driven by a team that not only understands the industry inside and out, but also fiercely advocates for and genuinely cares about the creators we represent.
